I have just migrated from old Office tenancy to a new Office tenancy with the same domain name don't ask why, it's complicated! Everything went nice and smooth except that Outlook fails to "recognize" new tenancy.

Even if I try to create new Outlook profile with correct settings, it fails with "An encrypted connection to your mail services is not available" and fails with unencrypted attempt as well. DNS is fine, all the records in place, checked everything with Remote Connectivity Analyzer, web access works I have sent you a Private Message to collect the domain.

I tried everything, but in the end, the problem resolved itself. I just had to wait approx. So I assume it had to be something with O backend CAS arrays or something , because everything else was setup properly and working properly. Migration from on-prem exchange to O! How did you migrate on premise Exchange to Office , via stage migration or cutover migration? Where did the DNS point to?

Did it point to Office ? If you used the stage migration, after completing the migration, you need to covert the on premise mailbox to a mail enabled user. Then re-configure your account with the Outlook client. And mailboxes were migrated using MigrationWiz tool from BitTitan not that it should make any difference. Before taking any further actions, would you mind providing the following information for further analysis?
